Hedalen Kulturfestival takes place during the first weekend in August! Here we use the villages's best cultural venues and places and offer cultural experiences and entertainment for the whole family. 

We start with a concert in the special atmosphere of the medieval Stave Church of Hedalen and follow up with a day full of acitivities and entertainment for families at Bautahaugen. Saturday evening we have invited artists to enter the open air stage for a real festival concert evening, and on Sunday we conclude with a poetic walk over the maountain of Hedalsfjella to the valley of Vassfaret and Skrukkefyllhaugen, where there will be outdoor activities and music.
