You can start the cycling tour Nordre Fjellsølrunden at both Tisleidalen or Nordre Fjellstølen. We describe it from Tilseidalen. The tour leads mostly through forests on forest roads, but it also includes a trail section which makes it more demanding and fun. You should have a mountain bike for this trip.

Tour description:
From the Joker store, cycle along road 51 in the direction of Gol for about 250 m and turn left towards Merket. Follow the gravel road along the southern shore of Lake Pardisfjorden. At its southern end, turn right towards Kinn. Approx. mid way along Lake Kvitingen the roads turns into a track/trail. The stream Åkersåni is crossed on a timber construction, and then the trail climbs steep up the forested hill. Here you likely will choose to walk with your bike. The trail ends in a gravel road which you follow until you reach Nordre Fjellstølvegen. Turn right and after approx. 1.2 km, turn rigth again unto Huldrastølvegen. Follow the green cycling signs via Hærvasstølen and Jakopstølen until you reach road 51. Follow it to the right for a bit more than one kilometer. Approx. 275 m after the turn-off to Vasetdansen Camping, where it is possible to buy refreshments, turn right and follow the cycling tour Kjærlighetsstien along the southern bank of River Tisleia back to Bjørkestølen and road 51 again to the Joker store.

Tips:
* There is good fishing in the river and Lake Pardisfjorden. Canoe rental at Merket.
* We recommend a side trip on foot from Kinn to the fascinating potholes “Jettegrytene” on the opposite shore of Lake Kvitingen.
* The Nordre Fjellstølrunden can be combined with the cycling tours Pardisrunden for a longer tour in the Tisleidalen area.
