The river Tisleia ends up in Ølsjøen. Fishing in Ølsjøen is probably best by boat, but is also possible from land, such as at the mouth of Tisleia or between Ølsjøen and Pardisfjorden. Please note that fishing in Pardisfjorden or Bløytjernet requires a local fishing licence. Flies, worm and lure will give you the best results. Boat rental at Heia Merket. At Heia Merket there are fishing areas facilitated for people with disabilities. They also have special equipment for helping people with disabilities aboard the boats.

From Fagernes, follow the E16 to Leira and then road 51 towards Gol. Exit by the Bjørkestølen camping and follow the sign to Merket.
