On Stølsvidda, the high mountain plateau west in Valdres, you can cycle parts of the famous Mjølkevegen cycling tour and combine your cycling trip with a hike in the mountains, a swim in a lake, fishing, a mountain farm visit and great food experiences. This trip leads along firm gravel roads with no or littel traffic in an open, undulating landscape around and above the tree line that offers far vistas. 

This tour fits families with children as young as approx. six years if they are used to cycling. It is also a very suitable beginner's tour for those who may not have been on a cycling holiday before or for peer groups that looking for cycling trip managable for everyone. There are short trail cycling passages, so the tour is not suitable for carts.  

We tailormake trips for groups of 8-10 persons with or without baggage transport.

Day 1: Arrival Vaset
Day 2: Cycling Vaset-Nøsen 27 km 
Day 3: Cycling Nøsen-Syndin, 23 km 
Day 4: Cycling Syndin-Vaset, 23 km 

You may prolong this trip with an extra night at Vaset in the end.
