Storekrak is an unattended DNT cabin located at Bogen in Vassfaret and Vidalen Nature Reserve, where there are great hiking and fishing opportunities.

Storekrak is available for prebooking.

Facilities
There are six beds in the main cabin and three beds in the emergency cabin, where you also can accommodate your dog. Both cabins are stocked with firewood and propane for cooking. The solar panel in the main cabin provides some electricity. Water can be fetched from Fjellelva west of Storekrak. Bring your own bed sheets or sleeping bag, DNT key and food. Those who pre-book the cabin in advance are entitled to the beds. However, everyone is welcome and no one can be sent away.

Arrival
Parking at Bogbrua. From here you can walk or cycle on a closed road for approx. 5 kilometres to Storekrak. You can also walk on a marked trail from Sørbølseter (takes approx 3.5 hours).
