At the Noraker farm we breed our own trout and process it into the award winning local delicacy «rakfisk» (semi-fermented trout). More than 80% of all «rakfisk» in Norway and the rest of the world originates in Valdres. We also produce smoked and cured trout. We have banquet and conference facilities. During the summer season we offer guided tours for groups.
Come and visit our farm store (open 7 days a week during the summer season, please see website for up-to-date opening hours), with a rich selection of special local products from both Valdres and neighboring regions. In the farm shop you can sample mild, semi-mature and mature fish.
